Waffles
INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/4 to 1 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups milk
PREPARATION:
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Be careful not to overmix here or you will have a stringly batter from developing the flour.
Cook on waffle iron. A deep pocket iron is preferable for a perfect balance of crispy, yet light.
