Freezer Corn
Ingredients:
8 cups sweet corn kernels
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter
Directions:
In a large pot, bring corn, water, salt and sugar to a boil.
Add the butter. Boil an additional 2 minutes.
Cool and freeze.
To serve, heat in a saucepan until heated through.
NOTE: Depending on the sweetness of the corn, less sugar may be used.
